Introduction: This module will cover the topic of Talaq (Divorce) from the Chapter of Talaq in Al Hidayah. The book delves deep into the topic of Talaq and covers areas such as: What constitutes divorce, iddat (waiting period), three talaqs, etc. The book is a famous classical manual written by one of the greatest Jurists (Faqih) of the Hanafi world. The seeker will not only study this text to a scholarly level, delving deep into the different opinions within the Hanafi Madhab and in comparison to other madhabs (Shafi'i, Hanbali etc). But the teacher will also give the Muta'mat (strongest) opinion alongside the weaker ones of the madhab from Imaam Abu Hanifa (ra) and his main students,
