Introduction: This module will cover a book compiled by Shaykh Atabek on the topic of Biddah (innovation in Islam). One of the most misunderstood topics within Islam. The Shaykh uses evidence from Quran, references to Hadith and other manuals of Fiqh and Usul of Illustrious Imams of every school to show the definition of Biddah according to our predecessors.
This is a recommended text for those students who wish to learn more about the issues of Biddah. Are all practices which were not preformed during the life of the Holy Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) a Biddah (Innovation)?
Students should study this after Aqeedah Tahwiyyah.

However to obtain a formal certificate (sanad) / Isnaad (Authentic chain of transmission) for this book going back to the Author himself you will need to pass the exam at the required %. This will also give you ijazah (certification and permission) to teach and pass on the book.

You will and is recommended for you to complete a Level 1 module in the same subject before starting this course.
